Are your catering services fully customizable?
We offer drop off / pickup services for most of our menu and are we are happy to work with you to accommodate your requests, whether it be for a small birthday party or a large wedding.
What are the minimums for ordering?
Pick Up Order: $300 Minimum
Drop Off Order: $300 Minimum + 15% Service Fee
On Site Catering: $750 Minimum Order + Calculated Service Fees
*Please note that some items cannot be picked up or dropped off due to the complexity of the dish.  Please call or submit a quote for details and we’ll be happy to clarify.

What are Calculated Service Fees?
These fees cover insurance, man power, delivery and setup.  We provide line item details on our quotes to ensure a full understanding of what services are being covered.
 Can we try some food items first?
We offer an item tasting at $40 for two people.  We can provide up to 4 items to taste.  Some items are not eligible for tasting (ex. whole pig roasts, prime rib rack, etc).  Item Tasting must be requested 10 days in advance.
How do I secure my order, or catered event?
We require 50%deposit of your total order or catered event invoice to secure the order.   Payment options are Credit Card, Cash or Check. (Please allow up to 2 business day for the check to clear to secure the order).  Remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to your order or event.
Do you offer full service catering including providing plate ware, glassware and/or decorations?
Our Event Coordinator will be happy to go over options and prices of rental items to ensure your event is seamless and trouble free.
